Awesome Personal Training: Every fitness club has dumbbells and treadmills, but my most important asset is that I am a fitness professional. I take my role seriously and I don't feel successful until you've achieved results. You are my number one priority! I hold a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, from one of the top University’s in this field, the University of New Mexico. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This is one of the most stringent nationally recognized fitness certifications. I am also DotFit, Rock Tape, and TRX Suspension Certified. You can be confident that I will take great care of you! When it comes to your health, you deserve to work with the best!
 
High-End Customer Service: Everyone says they have good customer service, but I stand behind my promises. I provide an intimate and friendly environment - a place where you feel comfortable and at home. I strive for excellence in all areas, so you can reach your most excellent.
 
Creative and Fun Workouts: I understand that when beginning a program, exercise can seem like quite a chore. For this reason, I do whatever I can to make your exercise experience fun. When you're having a good time, you're more likely to come! I incorporate creative and innovative exercises and programs to keep workouts fun and interesting. With me, it's more than just a workout - it's a lifestyle!
 
Personalized Attention: I want you to know that your workouts are all about you. Depending on your goals, fitness level, interests, and individual muscular needs, I will design a custom-fit plan perfect for you. Every fitness program is different - one size does not fit all! I will personally oversee your progress. If you don't show up, we'll be calling to find out why!             PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is different for everyone. It all depends on your personality and background, your goals and training style . I pride myself on my ability to deliver customized results.
 
I want to educate, motivate and support you in your individual fitness journey, with a well-organized fitness and diet program. This starts with a full health and fitness assessment. We will go over your goals and set realistic expectations to design a program that is just for you! 

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Group training is a fun and effective way to get results. Most group training consists of supersets (back-to-back exercises) and circuit training. While also, including endurance training. 
 
It is usually fast paced and gets your heart rate pumping. It has been shown in multiple studies that group training is very beneficial. This is due to the fact that you are competing with those around you. With out realizing it you are pushing yourself to keep up, do the same amount of reps, and to not give up until the other person has!
 
It is also, fun to have your friends, or family members around to support and push you through those hard times. Working out alone can sometime be intimidating, this can help calm the nerves down and make you feel more comfortable! 

            CORPORATE TRAINING

 

Corporate Training is a great way to keep active throughout the day. Most professions have you sitting all day long and performing repetitive movements. This causes tight hip flexors, low back pain, rolled shoulders, weak back, tight chest, and other problems as well. Giving employees the opportunity to relieve some stress, strengthen and stretch out those muscles that need it can help decrease the above problems.

 

Including corporate training can improve posture, productivity throughout the day, improve mood, as well as provide a healthy and happy work lifestyle.
